Some pictures from the 2006 International Mouse Trap contest which, apparently, is not related to the game Mouse Trap nor is it particularly concerned with the real-world effectiveness of the traps on display.
My favorite would have to be the trap titled "Let the Mouse Decide" which provides the furry little creatures with a rodent-sized noose along with miniature doomsday newspapers with headlines such as "GIANT CATS LAND FROM MARS" and "Headless Mouse Found in Topless Bar." Really, what self-concerned wall-resident wouldn't off himself in such a world?
